The 4th Edition of the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF2025)

Algeria will host the fourth edition of the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF2025) from September 4 to 10, 2025, at the Palais des Expositions Pins Maritimes in Algiers, in coordination with the African Export-Import Bank (AFREXIMBANK), the Fair's Advisory Council, and in collaboration with the Secretariat of the African Continental Free Trade Area and the African Union.

This edition, held under the theme "Gateway to New Opportunities," targets a key group of strategic sectors, including agriculture, industry, energy, finance, research and innovation, health, transportation, and startups.

This important event, which will see the participation of more than 2,000 exhibitors from 140 countries, is an exceptional platform for exploiting the opportunities offered by the African Continental Free Trade Area, with contracts and deals worth more than $44 billion expected to be concluded.

Entry Visa to Algeria - IATF2025:

Except for those not subject to this formality, foreigners wishing to travel to Algeria to participate in the fourth edition of the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF2025) must submit a visa application at Algerian diplomatic and consular offices.

The application must be submitted after registering for the fair at the following link:

Submitting Applications:

To apply for an entry visa to Algeria, participants are requested to submit their applications to the Algerian embassies and consulates in their place of residence.

Documents can be submitted individually or in groups through designated contact points provided by AFREXIMBANK.

File contents:

A completed and signed visa application form;
A passport valid for at least 6 months;
A copy of the passport pages containing personal information;
A document proving your registration on the IATF 2025 platform;
Two recent passport-sized photographs;
Payment of the visa fee;
A hotel reservation;
A return flight reservation.

Holders of diplomatic passports, mission passports, and laissez-passer passports issued by regional and international organizations are subject to the usual procedures for applying for an entry visa to Algeria.

-II. Visas upon Arrival:

In justified exceptional cases, visas will be issued upon arrival.

Issuance Conditions:

These measures apply to foreign nationals who do not have Algerian diplomatic or consular representations in their country of residence.

File contents:

A settlement visa application form;
A valid passport (more than 6 months old);
A copy of the passport pages containing personal information;
Documents proving the application for entry into Algerian territory (a document proving the validity of registration on the IATF 2025 platform);
Payment of the visa fee specified in Article 48 of the 2025 Finance Act;
Proof of accommodation in Algeria (hotel reservation);
Return ticket.

To be able to travel on a flight to Algeria, the participant applying for a visa on arrival must have a boarding certificate issued by the competent Algerian authorities.
